SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping charges are free worldwide.
Shipping in the U.S. is by First Class mail with delivery confirmation and
Insurance. International shipping is sent via International First Class.
Shipment takes place anywhere from 1-24 hours once payment is received.
Weekends and Holidays need to be considered. Most shipments will arrive in 3-4 days. International shipments will usually take about 2 weeks.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We always try to accommodate your exchange requests. Stock on hand is limited, so this may not always be successful. Any refund will be for the price paid, minus a 15% restocking fee, when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold. No refund will be issued for items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
